A renovated traditional country house, built in 1884, a cultural monument of local significance, once a teamsters' and waggoners' inn and shop.

Location: immediate vicinity of Cerknica Lake in the village Selšček na Menišiji (5 km from Cerknica to Rakitna)

The house is located in the village centre of Selšček - Gaspari's village of postcards, where a Slovenian painter Maksim Gaspari was born.

Wonderful nature

Selšček is located right below the Špička hill (955 m), a popular hiking point. It is surrounded by Slivnica, a witch mountain on its south side (1114 m). The surroundings of the vast uninhabited meadows and walking trails conjure up contact with nature and the trails offer various possibilities for recreation and relaxation.

Accommodation

The house offers accommodation in a single room - you stay in the house by yourself. There is a double room with two extra beds for children on the expandable sofa. Bathroom can be entered directly from the room. The entire ground floor of the house is available for use. We make excellent breakfast for you every day; lunch and dinner are also available by special arrangement. TOURIST VOUCHERS ARE ACCEPTED.

Apartment Jezero

Comfortable ground floor apartment with separate bedroom, extra sofa bed and large terrace where you can use the barbecue, prepare lunch outside or relax on deck chairs. Great starting point for sightseeing in the center of Cerknica.

Apartment Snežnik

Great place to stay for a large family during the holidays. Modern and spacious apartment for 8 people, located near Snežnik Castle in a rural environment surrounded by forests.
